1. Order Processing

• Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 
• International orders will be process within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline once your order is processed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard shipping is free for all orders within India.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• We ship via Bluedart, XpressBees, Delhivery, Ekart, Amazon, and DTDC.

International Shipping

• Standard shipping is free for all international orders.
• Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch (may vary by destination).
• The expected delivery date will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
• Customs fees and additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in their home country.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s website.

4. Delays

• We aim for timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
• If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
